ADR or not

The general rule now is that you need a MINIMUM of ‘awareness’ training and access to advice from a DGSA if there’s any UN number on the packaging. The only exception is packages clearly marked with ‘LQ’ stickers.

Locate A Courier

With MTvan apparently intent on scaring off most of their owner-driver members I thought I’d have a look at the membership of this site as a way of covering some of our collections that CX members can’t help us with.

I vaguely remember that to be included on the Locate A Courier map on here members have to supply their GIT etc – is that right?

Selecting 3 or 4 of the dots at random I found one company that went bust just after Christmas and another that ceased trading last summer. Is this map updated at all and are details checked regularly? And no I’m not offering to do it for you.

I’m not saying “this is what you should be doing” – I understand the constraints of running the site for free – I’m just wondering whether this site is viable for me to use as my alternative to CX.

Parking Ticket on Edgware Rd London NO unloading Be warned!

You could have just driven off before they gave you the ticket. Unless you were in an area with CCTV parking enforcement they’d have had no comeback against you.

Red Route parking offences are now dealt with by Penalty Charge Notices, rather than Police Fixed Penalty Notices. PCNs have to be either handed to the driver or attached to the vehicle to be valid.
