Sub-contractor Agreements to restrict them nicking your customer?

You can incorporate an ‘introduction fee’ into both your subcontractor agreements and your customer agreements – based on a percentage (say 20%) of the subcontractor’s anticipated earnings from that customer over the next 12 months. Providing the subcontractor has agreed to it then it will stand up in court and, more importantly, will discourage them from trying it on to start with.
