I think if you’ve already won a court case against them and they’ve still not paid up then there’s obviously NOT two sides to your story. They obviously CAN’T pay and should be banned from the courier ‘Network’ for everyone’s benefit.

“and no it prevents me from doing what this site was supposedly all about- inter trading!” Translation please Simon? I wouldn’t want to miss an interesting point.
I just didn’t understand that last sentence Simon – and I’m still none the wiser! Was the ‘no’ meant to be a ‘now’?
That’s exactly the position we’re in Stephen. We rely on the bad business practices of other ‘Network’ members – instant credit with no credit checks etc – to cover our work, but we wouldn’t reciprocate. Courier companies, including us, are generally a bad credit risk.
You can make statistics say whatever you want: I make it 360 complaints a year for late payment out of maybe 800 members posting jobs. And of course only the jobs actually booked through ‘Network’ will be recorded as a complaint if a late payment results – the real sharks don’t confirm the job through ‘Network’ and avoid the complaint.
