I don’t think you can bar witheld numbers at network level on a mobile anyway can you? You can set some handsets to ignore them or send them straight to voicemail but I don’t think there’s anything else you can do.
You can report them to your network and the police as nuisance calls but in my experience the first response of a mobile network operator will be to offer to change your number – pretty useless if you’re trying to run a business.
I’m assuming they’re ringing your mobile direct rather than ringing a landline that’s diverted to your mobile?
