You seem to have found the ‘Chat & Info’ button OK. The ‘Return Journeys’ button is just to the left of it.

You pay the invoice minus the VAT and send him a covering letter.

I think it was “the DHL of temperature controlled transport” wasn’t it? Old hat, already being done on a national basis, and I’d like to bet that their historical profits didn’t include a ‘real life’ depreciation of their major assets – which means some major ‘readjustments’ in a couple of years’ time.
Load of bollocks. Stand on me.
Keith and his Reggae Reggae Sauce on the other hand…..

I’ve never noticed any sort of rule about not approaching each other’s customers. Are there some ‘rules’ we’re meant to operate to then?

The beauty of running to ‘industry standard’ T&Cs – whether RHA, FTA, DA, etc – is that you’re fairly well protected from the ramifications of the Unfair Contract Terms Act. Odd ‘get out’ clauses in ‘home-brew’ T&Cs can be overturned very easily in court but if you operate to industry standard conditions, the very fact that they ARE industry standard is a good basis for a defence.
None of which is likely to help you if you deal with the general public of course…

Martin, I’ve just noticed the “07966 XXXXXX – which will divert to my global number while in Europe”. I know you’ve not had that Global SIM for long – I just wanted to check that you know that calls to IOM mobiles numbers probably don’t come out of your inclusive minutes – so you’re probably still paying for the diverted leg of the call: which is exactly what you were trying to avoid.

Typical Satnav addicted courier. If you were to check on an 1852 Ordnance Survey map you would discover that the hamlet of Bawn was situated to the north-west of the junction of modern day Bawn Drive and and Butterbowl Drive. It now has a 1950′s housing estate built over it.
You might think that that’s Farnley but the ‘Network’ gazetteer, being based firmly on 1850′s technology, knows that it’s Bawn.
