You seem to have found the ‘Chat & Info’ button OK. The ‘Return Journeys’ button is just to the left of it.

    Click on Return Journeys, click on Register – UK, enter the town or postcode the vehicle’s clearing in, enter the town or postcode that the vehicle’s returning to, click Continue, enter the date and time that it’s clearing and the vehicle size, add any comments you want. Click continue, job done.

    I would have suggested that you try it out in the Practice’Network’ area – but it doesn’t seem to cover Return Journeys.

    There’s no real harm if you try it out on the live system though, as long as you clear any trial jobs using ‘Manage Your Journeys’.

    I think if you want to let individual companies know that your clearing in their area the best way is by text message, email or ‘Network’ Interactive. Some people are a bit busy to be answering calls from every driver passing through the area.
