I think it was “the DHL of temperature controlled transport” wasn’t it? Old hat, already being done on a national basis, and I’d like to bet that their historical profits didn’t include a ‘real life’ depreciation of their major assets – which means some major ‘readjustments’ in a couple of years’ time.

Andy – the ‘Chinglish’ girl was Ling Valentine, she’s very well known on t’internet and I suspect that her appearance on Dragon’s Den had more to do with advertising her website than anything else. http://www.lingscars.com
They don’t work ‘hub and spoke’ but they’re reasonably priced for what they do: http://www.cooldelivery.com – don’t expect £6 nextdays though.
There’s a few others as well – including the outfit on Dragons’ Den or whatever. I’ve got customers that swear by Kestrel though.
ISTR that TNT did start one of their bizzare non-divisions called TNT Chillfast, or something, about 8 years ago. I don’t know what happened to it though.
